McCarthy Hawkins Awards

McCarthy Hawkins, as a Senior Investigative Assistant District Attorney, investigated and prosecuted hundreds of felonies and misdemeanors including murders, attempted murder, assaults, gang assaults, robberies, burglaries, weapons sale and possession, and drug sales and possession cases in New York State Supreme Court and New York City Criminal Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2015 after nine years of service, McCarthy Hawkins established The Law Office of McCarthy A. Hawkins, which specializes in criminal defense representation and general civil practice.  

Mr. Hawkins represents those charged with crimes from arrest through final disposition by trial or settlement and is available 24/7 to assist clients. His experience and understanding of police and prosecutors’ practices and procedures ensures that clients will receive aggressive and effective representation.
